Dear Kathy, I don't usually take the time to comment on performance because I feel that people are compensated for their job and that they should take it professionally and do the best that they can. Having said all that, I felt it necessary to send this email. Stephanie Collins and crew at Equity Title are the most professional people that I have had the pleasure to work with to date. At the onset of this transaction, it was noted that we were under the gun to perform above and beyond. I spoke with Stephanie and was assured at that time that she would do all that was necessary to accomplish this goal. SHE was as good as her word.
